The Consultancy was formulated in 1989 sometime after Transport Deregulation in 1985 and the appropriate Transport Act of that year.
We provide specialist advice and reporting in all types of negligence and/or personal injury in all Passenger Transport related matters to both Operators and to the Legal Profession in attending both Court and Public Inquiries.
Our Senior Consultant is listed within the Law Society Directory of Expert Witnesses in both England, Wales and Scotland and is an Associate of the Personal Injury Lawyers and a Founder Member of the Society of Expert Witnesses.
